Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are a local store in Kasba Dehra and we deliver ourselves across Alwar and the towns around it. This page sets out where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to Alwar city and the surrounding areas, including Kasba Dehra, Vijay Mandir, Chikani, Surya Nagar, Malakhera, Moti Doongri and the nearby towns of the Alwar district.
We are a neighbourhood store, so we do not ship across India. If your PIN code falls outside the area we cover, we will tell you as soon as you place the order and refund any amount paid in full. If you are just outside and want to arrange your own transport from our counter, call us on +91-9887771595 — we are usually happy to help.
2. Delivery charges
- Free delivery within Alwar city and Kasba Dehra on appliances, sanitaryware and all normal orders.
- Outlying areas — for locations further out, or for very heavy and bulky consignments, a delivery charge may apply. We always quote it to you and get your agreement before dispatching. Nothing is added to your bill without telling you.
- Installation, fitting and plumbing are separate services and are not included in delivery. Ask us for a quote if you need them.
