2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to sell and deliver to you:
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read them.
- Delivery details — the address, city, state and PIN code you give us for an order.
- Order history — the products, quantities, amounts and payment status for each order you place.
- Reviews — the name, rating and comment you submit with a product review, if you choose to write one.
- Communications — messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or through a form on the site.
- Basic technical data — information your browser sends automatically, such as device and browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.
3. What we never collect
We do not collect or store your payment credentials. Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN and netbanking passwords are entered directly on the payment gateway’s secure page and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only receive back whether a payment succeeded and a reference number for it.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Why we use it
- To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
- To process, deliver, invoice and support the orders you place.
- To contact you about an order — confirmation, delivery timing, or a stock problem.
- To publish product reviews you have submitted, after moderation.
- To meet our legal obligations, including GST invoicing and record keeping.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the store secure and working.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and any newsletter we send carries a way to stop receiving it.
5. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary, and only with parties that need it to serve you:
- Payment gateway — a RBI-authorised provider processes online payments and receives the amount, order reference and your name, phone and email so it can complete and, if needed, reverse the transaction.
- Delivery staff and transporters — receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver the goods.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — store the site and database on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Government or legal authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
6. Cookies and local storage
The store keeps a small amount of data in your browser to work properly — your sign-in session, your cart, and your wishlist. These are essential to the shopping experience; clearing your browser storage will sign you out and empty your cart.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this store.
7. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law (currently eight years for GST records). Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
8. How we protect it
Traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to the admin panel is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices and act promptly on any issue we become aware of.
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong — you can also edit most of it yourself in your account.
- Delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Remove a review you have published.
- Stop sending you newsletters or promotional messages.

10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be notified to account holders by email.
