Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Alwar city and the towns around it — Kasba Dehra, Vijay Mandir, Chikani, Surya Nagar, Malakhera, Moti Doongri and nearby. We are a local shop, so we do not ship across India. If your PIN code is outside our area we will tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid.

How long does delivery take?

In Alwar city, usually the same day or the next working day. Nearby towns take 1–3 working days. Items we bring in from the brand on order take 3–7 working days, and we tell you the expected date when we confirm.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free within Alwar city and Kasba Dehra. For places further out or very heavy consignments a charge may apply — we always quote it and get your OK before dispatching. Nothing is ever added to your bill without telling you.

Can I track my order?

There is no courier tracking number, because our own staff deliver rather than a courier company — we simply call you before we arrive. You can see the current status of every order any time under My Orders in your account.

Can I collect it from the shop instead?

Yes, and you are welcome to. Order online or on WhatsApp, and we will keep it packed and ready. The counter is at Kasba Dehra, near Jodhpur Sweets Home, Alwar, Rajasthan – 301023, India, open monday – sunday: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.

What can I return?

Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered — including missing parts or a missing warranty card. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Please check the package in front of our delivery person; damage reported at the door is settled on the spot.

Can I return something just because I changed my mind?

No — these are electrical and sanitary goods, so we can only take an item back when something was actually wrong with it. Please check the model and size carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, call us on +91-9887771595 and we will confirm it for you first.

What cannot be returned?

Accepted Answer

Products already installed or wired in, sanitaryware once plumbed, opened paint and tinted shades, wire or pipe cut to your length, and items ordered specially for you. Minor shade or finish variation between batches is not a defect.

How long does a refund take?

Once we approve the return we start the refund within 2 working days. Online payments go back to the same card or account and usually land in 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We never deduct a handling or restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge any time before it is dispatched — just call or WhatsApp +91-9887771595 with your order number. Once the goods have left the shop we cannot cancel, but you may refuse the delivery and it will be treated as a return.

How can I pay?

Depending on what is switched on, you can order over WhatsApp, pay cash on delivery, or pay online by UPI, card or netbanking. All three appear on the checkout page when available.

Is online payment safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are handled by an RBI-authorised payment gateway on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password — only whether the payment succeeded.

Money was debited but my order did not confirm

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. The amount is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it has not appeared by then, message us with the date, amount and transaction reference and we will trace it with the payment gateway.

Do I get a GST bill?

Yes, a proper GST invoice comes with every order. You can also open and download it any time from My Orders — each order has a "View / download bill" button that prints or saves as a PDF.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Every price on the site includes GST unless the product page says otherwise, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. Delivery within Alwar is free on top of that.

Is the stock genuine?

Yes — sealed, brand-new stock only, with the manufacturer's warranty card and a proper GST bill every time. We are the same counter Kasba Dehra has bought from for years; the website just saves you the trip.

How does warranty work?

Accepted Answer

Appliances, lighting, electronics and sanitaryware carry the manufacturer's warranty. We hand over the sealed product, warranty card and GST invoice — that is what a claim needs. Claims go through the brand's authorised service centre, and we will help you raise and follow up the claim.

An item shows out of stock — can I still get it?

Usually yes. Call or WhatsApp +91-9887771595 with the model you want; most things we can bring in from the brand within 3–7 working days, and we will confirm the price and date before you commit.

Do you offer installation?

Installation, fitting and plumbing are separate services and are not included in delivery. Tell us what you need and we will quote it — our own team handles most fittings across Alwar.

Question 20

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ordering needs a signed-in account so the order is tied to you and you can see its status, address and bill later. Signing up takes a phone number, an email and a password.

Where do I see my orders?

Open My Orders from the account menu at the top of the page. Every order shows its status, what you paid, the delivery address and a downloadable bill.

What do the order stages mean?

Order placed — we have it. Confirmed — we have checked stock and payment. Out for delivery — it has left the shop. Delivered — it reached you. If anything stalls, message us with the order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Before dispatch, yes — call or WhatsApp +91-9887771595 with your order number and the new address. After dispatch we cannot redirect it, but our delivery staff will call you and can usually work something out.
